1. Scope and relationship to other terms
These Plugin Store Terms apply only to optional apps, integrations and features that you choose to use through the Loopsbox Plugin Store, operated by Loopsbox B.V. (“Loopsbox”, “we” or “us”). Loopsbox’s primary services are music distribution, catalog, rights and royalty administration. Using those services does not require connecting a social-media account or activating an optional Plugin Store app. These terms supplement the Loopsbox Terms of Service only for the optional features used. If there is a conflict concerning such a feature, these additional terms apply to that feature, except where a more specific agreement expressly governs it.
Plugin Store access does not grant rights to distribute music or recordings. Distribution, rights declarations, royalties, takedowns and payout arrangements remain subject to a separately accepted Distribution Agreement.
2. Access, installation and permissions
Available apps depend on your account, plan, authorisations, eligibility and technical configuration. Apps marked unavailable, planned or in development are not promised functionality and may not be activated by your account.
Installing or activating an app through the Store enables access to features provided by Loopsbox. It is not a sale of the app’s source code, a transfer of intellectual property rights or permission to run customer-supplied executable code on Loopsbox servers.
Workspace administrators control their team permissions. An individual may act only where both their Loopsbox role and the relevant connected account authorisation permit the action. Access by one team member or provider account does not automatically authorise another.
3. Connections to third-party services
Some apps connect to music, video or social platforms through provider OAuth or APIs. Available data and actions depend on the exact authorisation scopes, connection status, provider API and eligible account. The provider's own terms and policies also apply.
You must be authorised to connect each external account and to take the actions you request. Loopsbox does not gain ownership of your external account merely because you connect it.
YouTube API Services: where the YouTube integration is made available, it uses YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; the YouTube API Services Terms and relevant Google policies also govern the API service. See the Loopsbox Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy for data processing.
Instagram and Meta: use of enabled Instagram or other Meta integrations must comply with the applicable Instagram Terms of Use, Meta content and intellectual-property rules, and the authorisations of the connected professional account. Meta Platform Terms govern relevant developer-side platform access. You must not use an account, Page, content or messaging function without the required authority.
TikTok: enabled TikTok connections are subject to the applicable TikTok Terms of Service, developer guidelines, community rules, music-rights and commercial-content requirements. Any supported posting action must respect the available creator-account settings, chosen visibility and a user’s express approval of the content and action. A feature shown in a catalog does not mean its public posting capability has been approved by TikTok.
External providers can change APIs, permissions, quotas, account eligibility and content rules. We cannot guarantee that a provider will accept, publish, retain or display every requested action. We may need to limit a connection when a provider changes or revokes access.
4. Your content and rights
You retain the rights you hold in content, files, posts, artwork, videos, metadata and other material submitted through an app. You must have the permissions needed to upload, edit, schedule or publish that material, including any necessary music, image, likeness and third-party rights.
You permit Loopsbox to store, process, adapt for technical compatibility and transmit material as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request. This permission does not replace a separate master-recording, publishing or distribution licence where one is required.
You may not use the Store or any app for unauthorised access, infringement, deceptive engagement, spam, malware, unlawful surveillance or other activities prohibited by the general Terms or a connected provider.
5. Fees, subscriptions and cancellation
Some apps are included with an account; others may have an additional charge or usage allowance. General billing and statutory rights are addressed in the Terms of Service; the app checkout must identify the specific purchase, included usage and limits. Installing a free app does not authorise an undisclosed charge.
Disconnecting an external account or removing an app does not itself cancel an independently purchased subscription. Use the applicable billing cancellation controls; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
6. Account security and team access
Keep your login details secure, review the permissions granted to connected services and assign team access carefully. Notify Loopsbox promptly if you suspect misuse of an app, account or connection.
A Business owner may assign Loopsbox permissions to an employee, but that does not transfer ownership of an external profile, override a provider’s OAuth grant, or authorise every action on every connected account. The individual carrying out an operation must have the relevant Loopsbox and external-account authority. Only supported features may be used; viewing, editing, scheduling, publishing, replying to comments and changing visibility are distinct actions where provided.
Before requesting a supported publication, the authorised user must review the destination, content, relevant visibility and any rights or commercial disclosures. A draft, scheduled request or bulk operation is not permission to post to unrelated accounts or to bypass provider-specific approval steps. Future AI-assisted features are not treated as enabled merely because they are planned; any new use of connected-platform data needs the applicable disclosure and permissions before activation.
We may use proportionate access checks, audit records, abuse prevention and technical controls to protect users and the service. Do not attempt to bypass those controls or act for a tenant or external account you are not authorised to manage.
7. Availability and feature changes
We work to keep apps reliable, but availability depends in part on our infrastructure and third-party providers. Features may require maintenance, be limited by provider quotas, or be changed or withdrawn for technical, security, legal or policy reasons.
Where required by law or an applicable agreement, we will give appropriate notice of material changes and respect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Deactivation and disconnection
You may be able to deactivate an app or disconnect an external account using the controls provided for that feature. Doing so may stop future operations that depend on that connection, including scheduled publications.
You may revoke external access through the provider’s own account controls, including Google third-party access settings for Google/YouTube, or request assistance with disconnection and deletion at support@loopsbox.com. Revocation must be respected for future provider access; provider-specific rules can require prompt token revocation and deletion of authorised API data. Such API data is not automatically subject to the longer periods applicable to independent legal, royalty or accounting records.
Removing an app or a connection does not necessarily remove content already published to an external platform, reverse completed actions, cancel a paid subscription or immediately delete records we are required or permitted to retain. The applicable app, provider and billing controls govern those actions.
9. Data protection and privacy
When you enable connected apps, the information exchanged depends on the features and permissions involved. It may include account identifiers, authorised content, connection metadata and usage or performance information necessary to provide the requested service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and how to contact us about privacy rights. Connected providers may process information under their own policies. Additional information or contractual arrangements may apply where Loopsbox processes personal data on behalf of an organisation.
10. Responsibility and applicable law
You are responsible for the authority, rights and instructions you provide when using apps and external accounts. Loopsbox's responsibilities and any lawful limitations of liability are governed by the general Terms and any applicable service-specific agreement.
Nothing in these Plugin Store Terms excludes liability or consumer, privacy or digital-service rights that cannot legally be excluded. Dutch law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
11. Changes and versions
We may revise these terms for identifiable legal, security, provider-related or operational reasons. The published version is identified above. Material changes will be notified in advance, or separately accepted, where required. Previously accepted versions and applicable statutory rights are not retrospectively overridden merely by publishing a replacement.
