Use your own Loopsbox login to complete account setup. Your personal and Business details are separate from your email-verification status.
- Open Account → Profile. If required fields are missing, complete the fields displayed for your account type.
- Select Save account. If validation prevents saving, correct the highlighted details. Do not send personal documents in a support message.
- Open Account → Security to check the login email and any verification action.
- Go to Artists and check which artist profiles your account is allowed to manage. Available capacity depends on your plan.
- Open Upload and follow the next permitted release step shown by Loopsbox.
Completing a profile does not itself approve KYC/KYB, unlock a disabled service or authorise a payment. Those checks remain separate. If the same field stays incomplete after saving, contact Support with the field name and error message, without providing passwords or identity-document images.
