I make sounds myself, and I own the rights:
- Creators choosing this option affirm that they personally generate the sounds they upload and hold the rightful ownership of these sounds.
I have permission to upload samples for other people:
- Creators selecting this option attest that they possess explicit permission to upload samples on behalf of others, ensuring compliance with intellectual property rights.
I own a recording label:
- Creators indicating ownership of a recording label acknowledge that they are authorized representatives capable of granting permissions for the label’s content.

Conditions:

Ownership of Sounds & Tracks:
- Creators are expressly prohibited from uploading sounds and tracks for which they do not hold the necessary rights or ownership.
Truthful Information:
- All information provided in the form must be accurate and truthful.
- Communication may be initiated with users through the provided email address, with awareness that messages may end up in the SPAM folder. It is the user’s responsibility to monitor this.
Declaration of Upload Availability:
- The uploader declares that the uploaded content may be made available to registered users who utilize the service.
Permission for Use:
- During the upload process, explicit permission must be granted for each album or track, allowing users to incorporate uploads, including sounds, samples, and MIDI files, into their creative projects.
Access to Downloads:
- Downloads are accessible to registered users after uploading, under the condition that the Album or Playlist is set to private.
Right to Delete Samples:
- Loopsbox reserves the right to delete uploaded samples, as outlined more clearly in our terms page.
